Seller's description

BAD TRANSMISSION!!! 2009 Mini Cooper, 2-door, hatchback, Chili Red in color, 95254 miles. Engine runs great, and its in overall good condition except for the transmission. I was driving it to work every day until the transmission went out. I own this car and have a clean title. The problem with the transmission is that I'm an idiot - the transmission and oil drain plugs look exactly the same. I changed the oil (or so I thought) and drained the transmission instead. It actually still ran great for a few weeks, but then the transmission started slipping. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late. I have added transmission fluid again, and it does not help. The last time I tried to drive the car, the transmission overheated and spewed a bunch of fluid out on the ground. I do not have the ability or money to change the transmission, so I'm selling it as is.<br>

Suspiciously low miles for the age.
Verify against the title's odometer history (Carfax). Rollback is rare but devastating.
i
Car is 10+ years old — budget for age-related maintenance.
Expect to replace within 2 years: tires, battery, hoses, possibly timing belt, water pump, suspension bushings.
